III. PRESENTING PROBLEM

The client Myrna C. Frias she is student two only live with her grandparents, a grandmother was
also in pain and his Aunt didn’t have a regular job so Myrna needs a financial assistance to
pursue to finish his study for her to sustain her family needs someday”

IV. CLIENT BACKGROUND

Myrna Frias is the eldest daughter of Mr. Gencen & Mrs. Gertrudes is one the student in Colegio
de Kapatagan she is the one daughter that separated in their parents, she lives in Kapatagan,
Lanao del Norte and a grandparents house since a baby and she always responsible person and
she is helping the other people while she have difficult problem.

V. FAMILY BACKGROUND

The grandfather of Myrna Frias dies on September 23, 2021 at around 4:00 AM the results is
Covid Suspect and his grandmother is a housewife she always need for her maintenance and his
auntie (the daughter of his grandmother) is didn’t have a regular job and also the source of income
depends on her sideline the grandfather of Myrna before he is always there for needs life
food/maintenance/financial for school and etc. Because he have work but now his gone.

VI. ASSESSMENT
Based on the client that Myrna is responsible person she will still do everything for her
grandmother medicine and home needed even she has a lot of problems especially at school
she will give priority to her grandmother and what is needed at her grandparents she is a
strong woman.

VII. TREATMENT PLAN

Goal: Myrna Frias
She have a business (Online Selling) like beauty products and thrift clot or preloved. She
always worried about her grandmother so she wants to pursue the online selling to get a
money and to buy for maintenance for her grandmother and also for needed at home like
foods and rice and etc. she want to help her grandparents to provide financial resources and to
achieve and landed in a job that provide her and his grandparents a stable source of income.

VIII. RECOMMENDATION/EVALUATION
Base on the data gathering in interviewing and conducting home visitation to the Client. That
she needs to do everything that can sustain their daily needs and also to support her
grandmother who is sick. But the client is still student but she still online selling to support
her family the client she can continue to school without any circumstances.
