To begin with, learning two-part of " Introduction of Management" which is

"Managers and Management " and " the manager environment". Such as, I had
taught how are manager different from nonmanagerial employees, explained the
factors reshaping and redefining management, all more. Furthermore, I got
important in high-quality customer service, connecting with customers, managing
human resources… It is additionally a bridge to assist ME catch up with to the
company and organizational environment.. It is not a long time enough for me to
tell more about what I have learned. However, my first impression of this session
is I can imagine how to be a manager matters who is employee productivity, and
engagement hinge between staff and manager get relationship better.
I am not a big fan of learning much about theory so I prefer to listen to the real
case. It is too exciting to learn and do not forgive all the sessions. In my opinion,
real cases can help us the experience to solve trouble in the fewture when we
getting to a job. We know this is a international program so we must study by
english but sometimes the teacher should to talk by vietnamese during the hard
explain and make all the students. I hope a lecturer will take class go out to visit a
company to learn more beside study in the book. Now my personality have a little
bit match with management career such as I am liable for the errors I make,
significant things I create positive energy and work well with orthers. However, I
should improve conceptual which is analyze and dianose, technical and political
skill for more opportunity in order to get interested in my curriculum vitage when I
apply in international company such as Shoppe, VNG gaming,…
