DEPARTURE FLIGHT REMARKS

Passengers  will have to take the PCR test (obligatory with QR CODE) done within 72 hours before their
departure flight date and ensure a negative result.
No meal on board
Passports should be valid for 5 months after date of return.
Note: Guests holding a passport of a different nationality should be aware about the conditions applying to
them. (https://www.mfa.gov.tr/visa-information-for-foreigners.en.mfa)
Should passengers not be allowed to travel, full cancellation fees will apply.
Airline & agent are NOT responsible in case of Travel ban from airport authorities at departure or arrival.
FLIGHT TIMING

For all flights, passengers are requested to be at airport 3 hours before flight time. Please check the timing
of your flight 2 days prior to departure. Timings are subject to change without prior notice
Flight operation is the airline’s responsibility and as per each airline policy & procedure including
irregularities such as delays and change of timing and aircraft. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend having a Travel insurance. Choosing NOT to have it, will be under passengers’
responsibility.

TICKET CANCELATION POLICY

Penalty:

Above 15 days: $75 per way

From 14 to 8 days: $120 per way
7 days and less: $175 per way 
NOW SHOW or Positive PCR = No Refund
In Peak season / Holidays tickets are 100% non refundable

For stays more than one week, PCR test is obligatory 72 hours prior to your departure.
