AUTHORITY TO TRANSFER ACCOUNTABILITY FOR SCHOOL FUNDS

This is to authorize the transfer of accountability for the funds of LATIAN ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL (School ID 128908) maintained in LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES – DIGOS
BRANCH under Account Number 0332-1112-30 where MRS. AGNES G. PACOT shall be
replaced by MRS. CRISILDA N. DECHAVEZ as the new authorized signatory and
accountable person for the said bank account, in accordance with DepEd Order No. 29, s.
2019, entitled “Procedural Guidelines on the Management of Cash Advances for School
Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses and Program Funds of Non-Implementing
Units Pursuant to COA, DBM and DepEd Joint Circular No. 2019-1.”

incoming School Head, amounting to EIGHTY SEVEN
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR PESOS ONLY
(P87,584.00);
2. Unliquidated Cash Advance amounting to EIGHTY-NINE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN PESOS AND
72/100 ONLY (P89,567.72), currently deposited in the
abovementioned bank account; and

Remaining check on hand or

unused checks. 3. The unused checks issued for the abovementioned bank
account, with serial numbers 2039501 to 2039600.
