II. Objectives

1. To review botanical terms applied to reproductive organs of plants.


2. To study the sex characters and floral parts of some important crops and
ornamental plants.

III. Procedure

1. Draw and label the parts of an incomplete and complete flower of some
important crops.
2. Classify the flower using the following criteria:
a. Type of flower (complete, incomplete, perfect, staminate, pistillate)
b. Number of stamens and/or pistils
c. Type of plant (monoecious, dioecious or polygamous)
