BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT OF GRADE 7 TEACHERS
To sustain and improve the school premises, especially the classroom

of the Grade 7 building, the Grade 7 teachers had their meeting realizing the
following agenda:
 checkup on the problems of every classroom that needs
restructuring;
 repainting every classroom for uniformity and adherence to
standards;
 the information to be posted on the bulletin boards to be
constructed;
 repainting and adding chairs per classroom;
 landscaping and beautification of the plant box; and
 installing of bulletin board.
The teachers agreed on the restructuring of the classrooms in

preparation for the expansion of the limited face-to-face classes. It was also
agreed that we would be outsourcing the budget and needed materials to
achieve the goal.
Grade 7 building is composed of 3 functioning rooms located on the
left side of the school near the school stage. We have observed the following
concerns/problems that need immediate action:
 there are only 2 functioning electric fans;
 the classroom should have bulletin boards and updated content on
every bulletin board;
 teacher’s table, chairs and floor must be repainted;
 classrooms do not have any decoration or posting to encourage
learners;
