BMI: HEIGHT AND WEIGHT SCALING SCHEDULE

To: Class Advisers

SGO Assistant
Grade Level Chairpersons
Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel

1. As part of the data needed in providing and updating the BMI of our
learners this school year 2022-2023 via learner's Information System, the
school clinician is set the schedules for scaling of both height and weight
of the learners, to wit:

September 5, 2022 - Kindergarten and SPED

September 6, 2022 - Grade 1 and Grade 2
September 7, 2022 - Grade 3 and Grade 4
September 8, 2022 - Grade 5 and Grade 6

2. The concerned grade chairpersons are responsible for the arrangement

order of the sections for the scaling and will be supervised by the respective
advisers. Submission of BMI soft copy report to the teacher-clinician will
be on September 12, 2022.
