which will be held at the Principal's Office today, 12:00 nn.

2. The agenda of the meeting are as follows:

• Learners' Attendance Monitoring
• Mid-School Year Reading of school forms
• Assignment of floor area coordinator
• Other matters

3. Expenses relative to the above-captioned activity shall be charged against

school local fund subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
