ONLINE PROCEDURE through DepEd LMS

BEFORE
1. School Head shall organize the School Testing
Team (STT).
2. The STT shall orient the
stakeholders, particularly the
parents, guardians, learning
facilitators, and volunteer tutors,
on the test's purpose and
administration.
3. Teacher-advisers/Math Teachers
shall prepare the list of all the
learners who will take the
numeracy assessment (in school
and at home)
4. ICT Coordinator shall provide
DepEd Email Credentials to
learners and provides orientation
on how to gain access to and
utilize the account through the
DepEd Learning Management
System (DLMS).
5. ICT Coordinator shall import the
Online Numeracy Assessment (to
be provided through the Math
EPS) under the School Category
of the DLMS.
6. Teacher-Advisers/Math Teachers
shall be assigned as “Teacher” in
the School Online Numeracy
Assessment. They shall manually
enroll the learner accounts for
them to have access to the
assessment.
7. ICT Coordinator shall
recommend to the STT the
computer laboratory/facilities to
be used, following the minimum
specifications of computers and
internet facilities.

8. STT shall coordinate with


authorities of the local Electric
Cooperative/Electricity Provider
if there are power outages during
the scheduled examination date.
Adjustments shall then be made if
necessary.

DURING
1. STT with the ICT Coordinator shall check the
computers and internet facilities.

2. The
Teacher-Advisers/Mathematics
Teachers/Test Administrators shall
give the learners briefing and
instructions before the test on how
to log in/access the DLMS.

3. The
Teacher-Advisers/Mathematics
Teachers/Test Administrators shall
conduct the numeracy assessment
for the learners on the schedule
given to them.
4. Examinees shall take the numeracy
assessment for one and a half (1
1/2) hours for Grades 1-4 and two
(2) hours for Grades 5 to 10 with
the guidance of the Teacher-
Advisers/Mathematics
Teachers/Test Administrators.
5. The STT and the Teacher-Advisers
shall monitor the conduct of the
numeracy assessment.

AFTER

1. School Math Coordinator/Head


Teacher shall coordinate with the
EPS in Math for the online
generation from the DLMS of the
results of the numeracy
assessment.

2. The STT shall generate the report per class,


grade, and school level.

3. The school report shall be


submitted to Division Office
(through Math EPS) no later than
October 7. 2022.

4. Results shall serve as a baseline or


end-line data and be utilized to
plan interventions/learning
recovery activities to cater to
improvement and mastery of
numeracy skills.

5. The STT shall keep the assessment records.

6. The STT shall inform the results


and give feedback to learners,
parents/guardians, and other
stakeholders to gain support for the
improvement and mastery of
expected outcomes.
7. Mathematics Teachers shall utilize
the ANA results in
designing/reshaping
intervention/recovery plans to
address the learning needs of
learners along numeracy.
8. Schools shall craft
intervention/recovery programs to
achieve better performance in
Mathematics.
