Answer : Alright Mr & Mrs.Brown first of all let me introduce myself, My name is
Reza Fachlevi you can call me Reza. And today our maincouse is Gudeg. Gudeg is
a traditional Javanese cuisine from Yogyakarta and Central Java, Indonesia. Gudeg
is made from young unripe jack fruit stewed for several hours with palm sugar, and
coconut milk and also usually served with rice & sambal krecek. The taste of this
food is dominated by the sweet & spicy.

Answer : Alright Madam & Sir today i would like recommend you our signature
beverage menu called Avocado Smoothies, this menu is also kinda healthy drink and
very suitable for today’s weather. Served with some cookies and top up with
chocolate ice cream.

Question : What kind of drinks do you have in Numero Uno?

Answer : Alright Madam & Sir in our Restaurant we have 3 kinds of drink there’s a
cocktail/mocktail/smothies. For the cocktail bestseller we have Whiskey Sour is a
mixed drink containing whiskey, lemon juice, sugar, and optionally, a dash of egg
white. For the mocktail bestseller we have Virgin Mojito it is a refreshing drink
which is made with the combination of lemon juice, peppermint, mint leaves, sugar,
salt, ice and sprite. And for the smoothies bestseller we have Avocado Smoothies it is
a blended avocado and milk served with cookies and ice cream.

Question : I’m a tourist. Can you tell me the most recommended tourist attraction?

Answer : Well if you like tourist attractions full of history i recommend to visit
Kampung Vietnam. Kampung Vietnam is located on Galang Island, and now
becomes an uninhabited region that in ancient times this was the residence of
Vietnamese refugees. Galang Island is located about 50 km from the center of Batam.
To reach the island, the visitors have to pass through the bridge Barelang and several
other islands first. From Hang Nadim Airport is located on Jalan Hang Nadim, Batam
Batu Besar, the visitors can use personal vehicle.

Answer : Well i suggest you to consume foods that are high in fiber such as salads.
We have tuna salads contains high fiber & protein served with thousand island

Question : What is the different between Latte and Cappucinno?

Answer : Alright mam/sir let me explain to you Latte consists of 2 fluid ounces
of espresso, 3 ounces of steamed milk, and typically a thin layer of foam on
top. And also cappuccino is an espresso-based coffee drink that originated in Italy,
and is prepared with steamed milk foam. Variations of the drink involve the use of
cream instead of milk, using non-dairy milk substitutes and flavoring with cinnamon
or chocolate powder.

Question : Can you tell me what is Macchiato? What is the different with Espresso?

Answer : Well Macchiato has a bolder flavor than many other coffee drinks. It's
comprised of a small amount of steamed milk with a lot of espresso. Rather than
thinking of ratios, it's easier to view the macchiatto as an espresso with a spot of milk
in it. And Espresso is generally thicker than coffee brewed by other methods, with a
viscosity of warm honey. This is due to the higher concentration
of suspended and dissolved solids,, and the crema on top (a foam with a creamy
consistency)

Arabica?

Answer : Robusta, however, has a stronger, harsher taste, with a grain-like overtone
and peanutty aftertaste. They contain twice as much caffeine as arabica beans, and
they are generally considered to be of inferior quality compared to arabica. Some
robustas, however, are of high quality and valued especially in espressos for their
deep flavor and good crema. And Arabica beans tend to have a sweeter, softer taste,
with tones of sugar, fruit, and berries. Their acidity is higher, with that winey taste
that characterizes coffee with excellent acidity.

Answer : Well mam/sir i suggest you to order Pad Thai (Thailand food) is a stir-fried
rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at most restaurants in Thailand
as part of the country's cuisine. It is typically made with rice noodles, chicken, beef or
tofu, peanuts, a scrambled egg, and bean sprouts, among other vegetables, I think it’s
very suitable for you mam/sir.

Question : I am vegetarian, what is your recommendation about the menu.

Answer : Alright mam/sir well i suggest you to order Mushroom Satai. This menu is
very suitable for vegetarian person, The main ingredient used is a type of oyster
mushroom. First, the mushrooms will be washed and boiled until wilted. Then, soak it
with spices. After that, pierce the mushrooms with a skewer, then spread the
mushrooms with soy sauce and butter. Then, the mushrooms are burned until cooked.
Serve the mushroom satay with soy sauce.

means?

Answer : Well sir from the information that i know An ovo-vegetarian diet excludes
all animal-based foods except for eggs. Meat, poultry, fish, or dairy products like
milk, yogurt, and cheese are eliminated, but whole eggs, egg whites, and egg-
containing foods like mayonnaise, egg noodles, and certain baked goods are
permitted. While The lacto-vegetarian diet is a variation of vegetarianism that
excludes meat, poultry, seafood, and eggs. Unlike some other vegetarian diets, it
includes certain dairy products, such as yogurt, cheese, and milk. People often
adopt a lacto-vegetarian diet for environmental or ethical reasons.

 Answer : Well mam in this restaurant we have special refreshing mocktail that i
would like to recommend you. So i suggest you to order Blueberry Ginger Cooler is
when the weather is hot, you need something with the word “cooler" in the name.
This blueberry-ginger concoction does the job of keeping you chill and hydrated in
the heat. To keep it colder longer, freeze blueberries to use as ice that won't dilute
your drink.

Answer : Well of course here we provide some vegetarian menu. We have Vege Pad
