1. Price basis :
The price is for supply of material, Ex-Works AutoMughals warehouse, Bhivandi basis (in INR)
GST: Extra at actual
Loading & Unloading: By Client
2. Terms of Payment:
 100% Advance against release of Purchase Order (with GST).
3. Validity of offer:
This offer is valid till 30 days from the date of submission of offer. For placement of order rates are
valid until 08.06.2022 only and thereafter subject to our confirmation.
4. Taxes and Duties:
All the taxes and duties as applicable shall be charged extra at the rates applicable at the time of
invoicing. Present rate of GST on taxable value is @ 18% shall be charged extra. However, it will be
charged extra as applicable at the time of invoicing.
5. Time Schedule:
Delivery will be done within 3-4 weeks after our order confirmation.
