 THE CHURCH PLANTING MOVEMENT – UGANDA (2022/2023)
I. SET-UP

2022/ 2033 is the beginning of the Church Planting Movement in Uganda!!! This means that the 2 Generation Church Planting is being launched. It
consists of new trainings, engagement of TOTs, and planning new outreaches in more specialized areas; e.g. Prisons, Refugee Camps, Training
Institutes, and other specialized communities. For this matter, there is a need of new strategies being developed; including – expanding the
National Team, appointing regional coordinators, facilitating various groups. The following are new undertakings that demand Strategic Planning;

1. Karamoja TOTs - be tasked over new Karamoja Outreaches 8. Busoga and Bunyoro - needs a lot of input in regard to taking off.
2. Teso TOTs – be tasked over Teso Outreaches 9. New Outreaches be the emphasis of the National Team
3. Acholi Outreaches - be followed up for strengthening 10. The National Team still has work to do in regard to strengthening
4. West Nile - New Outreaches be supported (Paidha and Camps) the Church Planting Movement in Uganda
5. Butambala TOTs - be tested for self-sustainability 11. The National Team to institute Coordination power points
6. Funding be sought to support TOTs’ Transport and facilitation 12. Eastern Region – strategizes to plant 2,000 by 2024 – Need support
7. Ankole, Rwenzori, Kampala, Kigezi and Southern Regions still need 13. Acholi Region - wants to plant 2,000 by the end of 2024
follow-up and strengthening.
