    Summer 2011 at the Hamilton-Wenham Library

    This summer in the Childrens Room, discover new adventures every day! Each week, find fun-filled days and nights with stories, songs, and crafts. Be sure to mark your calendars for Wonderful Wednesdays and Super Saturdays in June, July and August; on those days, well have extra special library events for all! All programs are open to the public and offered at no charge.

    PROGRAM REGISTRATION BEGINS ON MONDAY JUNE 27st


    Registration must be done in person (no phone or e-mail registrations will be accepted) in the Childrens Room, beginning no earlier than Monday, June 27, 2011. Registration is required for: Baby Bookworms, the Music and Movement Story Program, Photography Workshops, Bryan Sheckells Workshops, and the Super Summer Ice Cream Party. Baby Bookworms (July 15 - August 19) Ages birth-18 months Fridays 10:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.-11:30am Registration is Required. Music and Movement (July 13 - August 17) Ages 18-30 months Wednesdays 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Registration is required. Space is limited. Terrific Twos and Threes (July 11, July18, July 25) Ages 2-3 Mondays: 11:00 am Local Heroes Pajama Storytime (July 11 - August 15) Ages Pre-school and up. Mondays 6:30 p.m.-7:15 p.m. Stories and Adventures Abroad (July 14 - August 18) Elementary-Aged Children Thursdays 3-4 PM Wonderful Wednesdays in June & July June 22 Childrens Book Sale June 29 Pyramids & Pharoahs, 6:30pm July 6 Creature Teachers, 6:00pm July 13 Tainos Calypso Jam-0-Rama, 6:30pm July 20 Otha Day Drum Circle and Jam Session, 6:00pm July 27 Tanglewood Marionettes An Arabian Adventure , 6:30pm Special Saturday Programs in July July 9 Photo Workshops 1-2 & 2-3 p.m. (Registration Required) July 16 and 30 Bryan Sheckells Presents (Registration Required) July 23 Monarch Butterfly Program 1 p.m.
    Photography Contest entries must be in by 4 p.m Saturday, July 30t! Please do not ask us to make exceptions.
