    what didn’t. Think about what you would do differently
    next time

    Competencies
    Refer to the Job Family workbook use this as a guide.
    How do you compare to the competencies?

    Values
    For each of our values you will need to give an example
    or examples of when you have shown this behavior at
    work

    Impact
    How did you make a difference at axiom? What did you
    do that made changes in your department? What did you
    do extra and above your job?

    Your Line Manager will then discuss your rating and you
    must agree together what that score is
    It would be a good time now to talk about what you
    would like to be doing in the future in axiom
    Your line manager should email or give you a copy if
    your assessment
