AFFIDAVIT

I, JORDAN P. TOCONG, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a

resident of Purok 4, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am a Police Officer since 2012 and presently assigned at

Kalinga Police Provincial Office, Police Headquarters;

2. That I owned a parcel of land located at Callagdao, Ipil, Tabuk

City, Kalinga;

3. That I personally know Mr. Vergilio Donggalob being my neighbor

at Callagdao, Ipil, Tabuk City, Kalinga who also own a parcel of
agricultural land near my land;

4. That I know that Mr. Vergilio bought the above-mentioned parcel of

land from Mr. Marco Jainar who previously tilled, cultivated, and
improved the same;

5. That I know the sale transaction between Mr. Vergilio and Mr.
Marco because the land bought by Mr. Vergilio from Mr. Marco is
located only 300 meters away from my land; and

6. That every time I visit my land, I can see Mr. Vergilio taking care
of the land he bought since 2016;

7. That since Mr. Vergilio bought the land in the year 2016, I saw
them tilling, sowing, and cultivating the lot then thereafter, they
planted “palay” and even fruit trees;

8. That I am executing this affidavit in good faith to attest to the truth

of the foregoing averments for whatever legal intents and purposes
it might serve and to attest to the fact that Mr. Vergilio possess the
lot at Callagdao, Ipil, Tabuk City, Kalinga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand this 2nd day of
