1. Admission Fee (Including First Semester Fee) is to be deposited at the time of reporting/ admission in the
University by all candidates in the form of Demand draft in favour of “Registrar, J.C Bose UST Faridabad” as
per the above fee structure for respective course.
2. Above fee structure does not included Hostel and Mess charges applicable for Hostellers.
3. If any student withdraws his/her admission, the fee refund will be made as per HSTES/UGC/AICTE norms.
4. Admission withdrawal/fee refund application in prescribed format (Annexure-XVII) must be submitted
physically in Academic Branch of the University or through E-Mail at admissionhelp@jcboseust.ac.in.

# The Security amount deposited by the student is refundable after their passing or leaving the course, subject
to submission of 'No Dues Certificate' from all concerned within a period of one & half year of leaving/declaration
of result, failing which the security would stand forfeited.

–The University provides 50% fee concession for studies in all courses to the regular employees of the
University and their wards.
