To strengthen the network and effectively enhance the digital competence of District ICT Coordinators ‘along with their School ICT Coordinators and address the challenges on submission of reports in the district and division level, the 2nd Quarter Convergence of District Digital Leaders for 2021 is scheduled on July 8-9, 2021 via Microsoft Teams. 2. This activity specifically aims to: ‘a. Update Report on DCP Schoo! Readiness Assessment, Validation, Monitoring and Restoration b. Upskill on DCP maintenance ©. Provide technical assistance to District ICTs to address pressing DCP issues and concerns 4. Orient the District ICTs on the School Readiness Assessment Tool for upcoming 2020 DCP delivery ce. Reiterate the full utilization of varied Division Online Transaction Facilities and DCP and non- DCP Reportorial Systems £. Inventory of Special Orders issued to District ICTs and School ICTs Field Survey on Factors Affecting the Functionalities of Computers in Schools in DepEd Samar and Its Effects to Hardware and Software Components, Utilization and Learning Experiences. 3. The participants to this convergence are the District ICT Coordinators in the Division of Samar. 4, Each District ICT is required to collaborate with their fellow ICTS in their respective district and prepare ‘and update reports on inventory of accounts on Office 365, DepEd email, DPDS, DCP delivery, etc. in the prescribed excel format for the inventory of accounts. Other ICT related issues and concems shall also be prepared in separate sheet (soft copy only). A presentation of accomplishments, best practices, and reports for the quarter shall also be prepared which will be presented in three (3) minutes in the convergence proper. Audio-video presentation with appropriate subtitle or labeling is acceptable. 5. Participants shall be provided with 200 pesos worth of intemet load.
