1991.- CAITLYN JENNER LEASES AN OCEAN-VIEW MALIBY HOME. THE HOUSE HAD FIVE
BEDROOMS, A MAID’S QUARTERS AND A POOL

1996.- The couple moved inland, purchasing a 9,000-square-foot English-style home in the guard-
gated community of Hidden Hills. The six-bedroom house sat on more than an acre of pastoral
grounds that featured a golf practice facility complete with sand traps and a putting green.

2003.- After listing their Hidden Hills home the previous year, Bruce and Kris grabbed a French-
style manor in Calabasas. The couple enjoyed the five-bedroom, 4,600-square-foot house, but at
half the size of their previous home, it soon proved too small for the growing clan.

2005.- With 10 children ranging from 8 to 21, the couple decided to build something bigger. “It’s a
great house; it’s just not big enough,” Kris Jenner said at the time in reference to the Calabasas
home they listed for $2.7 million. They began developing a 10,000-square-foot Cape Cod-style
home on equestrian-zoned land in the San Fernando Valley. “We love a project,” Kris said.

2006.- The fate of the 10,000-square-foot “project” remains unknown, but the remaining in-house
members of the modern-day Brady Bunch grabbed a four-bedroom in Hidden Hills for $2.85
million. The 3,966-square-foot home, where they filmed the first few seasons of their show,
featured a master suite with a marble bath and walkout-veranda for Bruce and Kris; the kids
enjoyed a pool, spa and equestrian area. Holidays must have been pretty cramped, because they
listed the house for $3.4 million two years later.

2009.- KHLOE AND LAMAR’S FIRST HOUSE

2010

Kourtney Kardashian unloaded her other Calabasas spot for $700,000 and snapped up a 5,400-
square-foot spot with longtime partner Scott Disick (they’ve since split) in the same city. With a
more playful flair than the pads of her sisters, the home featured bright-colored accent pieces in
black-and-white rooms.

After selling the artsy spot for $2.98 million in 2014, Kourtney bought her current home from
former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson for $8.5 million; the 12,000-square-foot mansion has an
elevator, gym and massage room.

2013

KENDALL JENNER'S LA CONDO

When Kendall Jenner was just 18 (2013?), the model and second-youngest sibling of the
Kardashian/Jenner clan purchased a condo in a high-rise building in L.A.'s exclusive Westwood
neighborhood. She paid $1.3 million for the two-bedroom bachelorette pad and, sold it for $1.4
million. She had originally listed it for $1.6 million.

2014
Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West had big plans for a 9,000-square-foot project in Bel-Air,
but when renovations became too costly, the power couple bought a French countryside-inspired
stone-clad house in Hidden Hills for $19.75 million. The 15,667-square-foot home, which sits on 3
acres of vineyards, should be enough room to raise their growing family: North, Saint, and a third
child reportedly on the way.

KIM AND KANYE'S HIDDEN HILLS HOME

While Kimye may have bought this $20 million estate in Hidden Hills back in 2014, the Axel-
Vervoordt-designed mansion has resurfaced in Vogue’s May cover story—revealing just how grand
the Belgian-style home really is. The eight-bedroom home is equipped with two pools, two
kitchens, two spas and even its own vineyard.

KHLOE KARDASHIAN'S CALABASAS HOME

After living in Cleveland with boyfriend Tristan Thompson through her pregnancy, Khloe is finally
back in Los Angeles and just around the corner from nearly the entire family. She bought her $7.2
million Calabasas estate from pop star Justin Bieber in 2014. The 9,214-square-foot home includes
a 200-bottle wine cellar, six fireplaces, a pool, a guesthouse, and two garages.
KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN'S CALABASAS HOME
Kourtney Kardashian and her three kids call this six-bedroom, 12,000-square-foot Calabasas
mansion home. In 2014, Kourtney and her ex, Scott Disick, purchased the estate for $8.5 million
from former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson. It is complete with an elevator, gym, and massage
room. Through Snapchat and Instagram, it's clear Kourtney has a true passion for interior design.
She even runs a lifestyle vertical on her app to show off her keen eye for interiors.

2015

Before her gender change in September, Caitlyn bought a 3,500-square-foot Malibu mansion in an
off-market deal for $3.575 million.

Olympian-turned-reality-star Caitlyn Jenner purchased this 3,500-square-foot Malibu mansion for

$3.5 million in March 2015. The home sits high above El Pescador State Beach, and includes 11
acres of land and views of the surrounding ocean and mountains. The renovated contemporary,
built in 2010, sits on 11 acres with 360-degree canyon, mountain and ocean views. The living space
includes a bar, a garage apartment, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. A swimming pool and spa
take in views of the Pacific Ocean.

That same year, Kris snapped up a remodeled condominium in Century City for $1.655 million. An
open-plan living room with a wall fireplace, a dining area, two bedrooms and four bathrooms are
within 2,524 square feet of interiors. Custom bookshelves highlight a den area.

KRIS JENNER'S L.A. MANSION

Kris Jenner resides in this glam L.A. mansion, fully renovated in 2015 by Jeff Andrews. This
magnificent home is the perfect backdrop for the show, featuring everything from gorgeous black-
and-white marble floors to decadent chandeliers.

KYLIE JENNER'S FIRST CALABASAS MANSION

At just 20, Kylie Jenner is the youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner family, but she knows real estate.
In 2015, when she was 17 years old, Kylie bought this five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in
Calabasas for $2.7 million. She listed it for sale in April 2017 for $3.3 million.

2016

Kendall entered the real estate game at age 20, buying a renovated midcentury home in Hidden
Hills West from John Krasinski and Emily Blunt for $6.5 million. The six-bedroom estate has floor-
to-ceiling windows and a custom walk-in closet big enough to house the model’s ever-growing
collection of clothes. Kendall then sold the property in September 2017 for $6.85 million.

KYLIE JENNER'S FIRST HIDDEN HILLS HOME

Kylie expanded her budding real-estate empire with this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath
Hidden Hills home. After owning it for just four months, Jenner listed it for $5.4 million—nearly $1
million more than the price she paid in August 2016. The 5,154-square-foot house is nestled
among oak trees and is right next door to another home Jenner owns.

SCOTT DISICK'S HIDDEN HILLS HOUSE
Disick purchased yet another home in early 2016, though this time it was an official bachelor pad.
"Lord Disick" paid $5.96 million for the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom Cape Cod-style home in
Hidden Hills, California. Just a few months later, he listed the property for $8.8 million, but
eventually decided to rent it in 2017.

KRIS JENNER'S CALABASAS HOUSE
No one knows real estate is all about location, location, location better than momager Kris Jenner.
Case in point: According to Trulia, she bought a four-bedroom, five-bath East-Coast style-home for
$2.285 million in February 2016 in the Oaks of Calabasas, a tony gated community where
Kourtney, Kylie, and Khloe have all owned homes.

2017
Despite her age, Kylie has shown her real estate prowess. The then-17-year-old bought a neo-
Tuscan Calabasas home in 2015 and three Hidden Hills houses in 2016, including a massive Cape
Cod-inspired estate with custom boutique closets, a swimming pool and rose gardens spread
across the 4.5-acre lot.

This year, she switched into sell mode, parting ways with her Calabasas digs and selling one of her
Hidden Hills houses for $5.275 million — a $775,000 markup from what she paid a year earlier.

In July, Rob Kardashian sold his Calabasas starter home, which his mom bought him a year earlier,
for $2.44 million. An unusual choice for a bachelor pad, the East Coast-inspired traditional home
has classic brick details, white trim and a front porch framed by a set of detailed pedestals.

KENDALL JENNER'S BEVERLY HILLS HOUSE
In 2017, Kendall purchased this Beverly Hills home for $8.55 million in the luxurious Mullholland
Estates, a neighborhood that's home for celebrities like DJ Khaled and Christina Aguilera. The
Spanish-style home, purchased from Charlie Sheen, is 6,625 square feet and features five beds, six
baths, a fountain, a pool, a movie theater, a tennis court, a spa, and a playground.
ROB KARDASHIAN'S CALABASAS HOUSE
Rumors are constantly flying about whether Rob is crashing at Kylie's or living with Mom Kris
Jenner after child support documents revealed he has “minimal cash flow.” Rob listed his four-
bedroom Oaks bachelor pad in January 2017, and it sold for $2.44 million that July.

MARZO 2018

KIM AND KANYE'S BEL AIR HOUSE

After renovations became too much to handle, Kim and Kanye sold this 9,000-square-foot
mansion to Ukrainian billionaire Marina Acton for $17.8 million. Only seven months after the sale,
the mansion went back on the market and was sold for $14 million—nearly $4 million below the
$18 million asking price—in October 2018.

OCTUBRE 2018
KYLIE & TRAVIS'S BEVERLY HILLS HOME
In October 2018, just eight months after the arrival of their first child, Stormi, Kylie Jenner and
boyfriend Travis Scott sealed the deal on a massive Beverly Hills home for $13.45 million—over $3
million less than the listing price. The home is reportedly 9,860 square feet, and includes seven
bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Just about a year ago, Kendall and her NBA star boyfriend Ben Simmons began renting a 4,000-
square-foot home in West Hollywood, though recent reports of their breakup imply that they
likely no longer share this beautiful pad.

KRIS JENNER'S CALABASAS CONDO
Although Kris Jenner permanently resides in her iconic L.A. home, she recently acquired some new
pads as well. The momager was rumored to have purchased a condo in Avanti, a luxury
development in Calabasas, alongside Kim, who purchased there as well.
THE "KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS" HOUSE
Although no Kardashian or Jenner has ever actually lived in this house (for safety reasons, of
course), it does regularly appear on Keeping Up With The Kardashians as Kris Jenner's home. The
L.A. mansion was listed for $9 million.
