Paragraph 1: What were your significant learnings from your exposure this week? List
down three learnings.

-during the stay in the (ward c) medical, there was a significant exposure of concepts,
where textbooks were not based on the actual care. It provided me with an initial
shock during. I was not certain during the duty, help me expose the interaction of the
building rapport, and taking vital signs which help better use of the assessment. Also
during the ward I was scolded on my incompatibility, due to panicking I was not
consistent with my actions. I felt unmotivated during it, I felt as if it was not my great
job at handling the job. But let this be a lesson learn and initial input as an experience
that, i must take hold of my panic attacks during duty session.

Paragraph 2: What are new things that you learned from your RLE? List down three.
What are the initial nurses do, during the day and night, such as vital sign, charting,
building rapport, and medication handler

Paragraph 3: What would you want to know more about next time if given the
chance to be rotated again? I would like to enhance my self more on the things, that
i was uncertain about, the thing that sir would always scold me, i just hope, i have
this courage to trust myself, that to ask more than a times to my clinical instructor.

Paragraph 4: What were the challenges that you encounter in your RLE this week?
The uncertainty of not being able to trust myself in every way, such as medication, and
the proper assessment of my patient. During rounds as if i felt that i was not good
enough on my works, but i wanna do my best during that time, it was discouraging
when i was scold all the time, i just hope that this experience will be an eye opener.
