realized that

there are two important issues which due to the technological development
are more and more dependent on each other, surveillance – as monitoring of
behavior, activities, information and collecting data which might come in use, and
data retention – as the one's right to retain and limit one's information access to
the public. Surveillance practices are nowadays on the daily basis and they
manifest inter alia as CCTV cameras, border controls, credit cards details
tracking, or those more common for average internet users, like cookies used to
record internet activities and then help creating personal interest's profiles. As a
future teacher I realize how usefulness the surveillance and data retention
especially for the safety of my students. Surveillance technologies will be a great
help to secure my students safety.
