Issue:

Internet Banking - Not sending Login Keys, RTGS Transfer, Internet Transfer not Reflecting

Cause:

Server not accessing internet via Cyberoam. The server uses Proxy settings so you must login on Captive
Portal first for Login keys to be send via internet.

Solution:

SC:\Program Files\Eclectics International\EmailandSmsAlerts

Login on 192.168.0.180 as a local Admin:

Username: Administrator (Password2)

Login on captive portal (http://192.168.0.5:8090) and login using above credentials
