Benefits of Green spaces in our lifestyle

Green spaces have a lot of benefits in general, and talking about lifestyle, it can improve it in
plenty ways. Some of the pros are that having those spaces will be absolutely good for mental and
body health, also stimulates social interaction, and improve people productivity.

To begin with, having green spaces encourage people to go outside, maybe just to take a walk or
maybe to do some training. Also, those places allow people to take their dogs out, and let them
have a good time with them while exercising. Additionally, those exercises can be rewarded with
highly peaceful thoughts, that in a long term will give people the mental health needed.

In the other hand, sometimes, our brain needs a break of daily life. We usually accumulate a lot of
stress from work that in a long term make us feel exhausted, and it can block our thoughts,
avoiding us from having ideas or solutions even to a small problem. Therefore, a public space in
our city can help us to reset ourselves at all, cleanse ourselves of stress and fill us up again with
productivity.

Finally, green spaces foment social interaction. For instance, going for a walk might be the perfect
excuse to meet your friends or probably will make you know some new people and increase your
connections.
