Dear Ing. Carlos Herrera,

I am writing to enquire about a software you know well, which is of your concern. In the last
months I had have a lot of university projects on Arcgis, and the problem is that I cant really
understand how to use the software without getting lag, which by the way is so frequent. It has
been a bit frustrating because every time I go a little further in my work, the program hangs and
closes, making me lose my work. I had read a lot of information on google but I cant find the
solution to my problem.

I know that you have been working on this program for many years, and I have seen the work you
have done with them (and they seem spectacular to me), and because of that I come to you in
search of advice to work better on it.

Any advise you can give me will be very helpful for me. I would be grateful for suggestion on how
make the program works without any trouble. Sé que tu experiencia me ayudará a encontrar la
solución.
