2. SOFTWARE SCREENS

• MAIN WINDOW

• This is the main screen for CRT 7000 PC Application software.

• User can select INJECTOR HEALTH MODE / PUMPHEALTH MODE from
the front screen
• User can view speed, pressure gauges readings depending upon the test
selection.
• User also view the status of the process , system on , active steps
information indication respectively.

• INJECTOR HEALTH MODE

• This is the main screen for INJECTOR HEALTH MODE in

Application software.

[NOTE : To enter in the HEALTH mode user has to select proper HEALTH MODE from
CRT UNIT By pressing “W” Key]

• This is the main screen for INJECTOR HEALTH MODE while ON condition
in software.

• This window shows warning of the Injector Health parameters if User enters
into another health mode then following window appears. This is the main
screen warning for INJECTORHEALTH MODE in Application software.

• PUMP HEALTH MODE

• This is the main screen for PUMP HEALTH MODE in Application software.

[NOTE : To enter in the HEALTH mode user has to select proper HEALTH MODE from
CRT UNIT By pressing “PR1” Key]

This is the main screen for PUMP HEALTH MODE while OFF condition in Application software.

This window shows warning of the pump Health parameters if User enters
into another health mode then following window appears. This is the main
screen warning for PUMP HEALTH MODE IN Application software.

• This is the main screen for Load Parameters window MODE IN

Application software for setting the parameters.

[NOTE : To enter the parameters into unit user has to reset the LOAD button from the
main screen to re-enter the parameters user has to again set/push the LOAD button ]

• LOAD MODE
Once user enters into LOAD mode then the user has to select proper pump. In pump mode
user has to select the PR1 OrPR2 at a time only one is select to avoid unnecessary
misbehave of the software (in siemens pump).

• As shown in figure user is only able to change the pump selection and the
parameters respectively.

• DATA MODE

• This is the main screen for DATA MODE IN Application software.

• Device communication

For proper communication active communication port should be correct.

User can view the GREEN BLOCK communication when the
communication is OK.

When user is using USB to serial then user cannot get the COM1 then user has
to change the COM name to COM1 following screens are used for change the
communication portname.

3. INSTALLATION

• Locate the setup file :

• Double Click on CRDI7000.exe

• Above window is shown select next.

• Select install location and press next

• After it gets install click finish

• LAUNCH CRT7000 FROM DESKTOP

4. TROUBLESHOOTING

• ERROR 1:- .NETFRAMEWORK COMBATIBILITY ISSUE

SOLUTION:-

• Application requires .netframework 4.5 , with minimum required operating

system windows 7 is equipped with .netframework 4.5

• If any .netframework error rises while install due to late updated system ,
DEPENDENCIES folder is equipped with .netframework offline installer
which will update the system to the required .netframework after install
user should restart the system and try again for install.

• ERROR 2:- USB NOT RECOGONISED BY SYSTEM

SOLUTION:-

While usb connected for the first time if device manager has an error of
unidentified port shown in figure below then DEPENDENCIES folder has
silicon labs usb to uart driver which will solve this error

User should open the folder and install the required version dependent on
which windows version is installed on user system.

• ERROR 3:- Display parameter on application screen overlapping

SOLUTION:-

• After successful install if the visual parameters of the application are overlapping on each
other then follow following steps to solve the problem

• Go to display setting by right click on screen

• Set the resolution and size of text to recommended settings and again restart the application to verify the
change.
