13 Before the Court is plaintiff’s “Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Second

14 Amended Complaint and Change Caption,” filed September 1, 2022, whereby plaintiff

15 seeks leave to file his proposed Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) for the purposes of

16 adding “new allegations” and “updat[ing] [the] caption to reflect the new corporate name

17 of [defendant] Maker Ecosystem Growth Holdings, Inc.” (See Mot. at 1:20-2:1.)

18 The Court having read and considered the papers filed in support of the motion,

19 plaintiff having represented “[d]efendants do not oppose” the proposed amendment (see

20 id. at 1:20-2:2), and good cause appearing, plaintiff’s motion for leave is hereby

21 GRANTED.1 Plaintiff shall file his SAC no later than September 9, 2022.
