i. What is the meaning of culture ?


Culture is an umbrella term which encompasses the social
behavior and norms found in human societies, as well as the
knowledge, beliefs, arts, laws, customs, capabilities, and habits of
the individuals in these groups.

ii. Why is culture important ?


In addition to its intrinsic value, culture provides important social
and economic benefits. With improved learning and health,
increased tolerance, and opportunities to come together with
others, culture enhances our quality of life and increases overall
well-being for both individuals and communities.

iii. Why is my culture important to me?


Culture defines people's values, beliefs, and personal
interests. Culture is important because it allows people to
maintain a unique identity society. Many cultures have common
interests, while others may have customs that differ greatly from
that of another. Technology has had a huge impact on present
day cultures.

iv. Why do cultures matter?


It is what we make of it because it signifies our ability to affect
each other in our economic, political, security, and other
concerns. Culture matters to globalization, to economic and social
rights, and to civil and political rights because the very idea of
rights is a cultural construct.

v. How does culture affect our daily lives?


According to Wikipedia culture is a “way of life” of a group of
people, it is what they do daily and how they behave. ... This
means that every single thing that we learn during the course of
our life is influenced by the cultural lenses that our family,
environment and infancy have given to us.

vi. What is the most important part of culture?


Language is one of the most important parts of any culture. It is
the way by which people communicate with one another, build
relationships, and create a sense of community. There are
roughly 6,500 spoken languages in the world today, and each is
unique in a number of ways.

vii. What is culture and tradition?


The main difference between culture and tradition is
that traditions describe a group's beliefs and behaviors that are
passed down from one generation to another. Culture describes
the shared characteristics of the entire group, which has been
amassed throughout its history.
