Job Title : Marketing Assistant – Watches


Location/Team : Aurum House - Marketing
Reports To Marketing Manager – Watches

Job Purpose

The Marketing Assistant - Watches will offer support across the watch team. This includes general admin of watch team
including filing imagery and press releases, attending and taking notes in key watch meetings and supporting on creation
of reports, presentations, proposals and templates, photoshoot/podcast/YouTube planning support, copywriting support
and creation of marketing collateral both internal and external.

More specifically they will also be responsible for supporting on key watch launches, working with the brands on
requesting marketing assets for successful campaign launches, working with the wider channel owners (social media,
CRM, ecommerce and editorial) on ensuring they have everything they need and supporting on reporting of the launch.

Essential Experience & Skills Desirable Experience

Core Accountabilities

• Providing day to day support to the Marketing Manager – Watches


• General admin of watch team including filing imagery and press releases, attending and taking notes in key watch
meetings and supporting on creation of reports, presentations, proposals and templates
• Supporting the delivery of watch campaigns and agreed co-op brand activity in conjunction with the Buying,
Merchandising, eCommerce and Visual Merchandising teams.
• Responsibility of watch marketing projects, including new product launch packs, store comms, email and social media
support, clienteling, PR, co-op media and events.
• Support the Marketing Manager- Watches on marketing plans for all watch brands and maintain watch brand
relationships
• Responsible for updating the Production Calendar monthly - monitoring competitor activity and overall retail
environment.
• Supporting on internal presentations for the board and manager meetings.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Supporting in key agency relationships (design, photography).
• Be a constant role model for the WoSG values, and ensure they become a way of life for the whole team.
• Supporting on ad hoc marketing projects (outside of watches) and attendance at watch events
