Notice to the Candidates Scheduled for Document Verification & Medical Examination for
CEN 03/2019 – Ministerial & Isolated Category Posts
1. The list of candidates shortlisted for Document Verification was published in the official website of RRB, Ajmer on 28-04-2022.
2. Candidates are advised to report to Railway Recruitment Board, 2010, Nehru Marg, Near Ambedkar Circle, Ajmer (Raj.) 305028, as per scheduled
date and time mentioned below.
3. SMS/E-mail alerts have been sent to candidates' registered mobile / email ID for downloading their e-call letter from RRB's website.

4. Candidates are advised to upload colour scanned copies of the certificates / documents as listed in item No. 2 of e-call letter for DV (as applicable
in your case based on your preferences filled in the application form) in RRB Document Verification portal https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/ duly
following the instructions mentioned therein, This portal is already live from 10.05.2022 and will close on the date of DV.

5. The candidate must bring all the required original documents/certificates. They must also bring the 02 sets of clear & legible self-attested
photocopies each of the original certificates / documents along with e-call letter:-
6. Block date for verification of original documents for absentee candidates: 02.06.2022. It must be noted that failure to report for the Document
Verification on the scheduled date will tantamount to rejection of their candidature provided it is supported by documentary evidence that the
candidate had appeared in a University/Government examination or due to his personal sickness. No other reason for absence will be considered.
No fresh e-call letter will be issued.
