SOP for the conduct of Term-1 Exams 2021-22 for Parents

Mode of Exams- Online on Google meet
Dear Parents,
We are conducting Term- I Exams for Classes 6 to 8. Since the situation is still not
permitting the students to appear offline so we need your cooperation for
conducting the exams online. Following points should be kept in mind during
TERM-I Exams.
1. Exam will be conducted by the Centralized Exam Committee, CEC.
2. Dates of Exams- as per the Schedule already given to you.
3. Invigilator will keep a check on the students during online exam.
4. Question papers will be shared when the students join the Google meet
5 min prior to the exam time.
5. Kindly ensure that the student has a proper device for taking the online
exams.
6. Time of Exam-1 Hr. (5 min. Reading time and + 10 min for uploading time)
from 8.45 am to 10.00 AM. The PDF of the answer copy must be submitted
within the given exam duration. The completed answer sheet should be
uploaded on the google classroom created by the Class teacher for Term
1.The link for joining the google classroom will be shared by the class
teacher in whatsapp group.
7 The subject of the email/PDF File Name should be in this format:
Class/Section/Roll No/Subject name.
8 Student must read the complete SOP given.
9 The student has to use his email id.
10 The student should sit in a place which is silent and free from any
chaos to ensure 100% concentration.
11 Ensure that there is no subject book or any other study material kept in
the room where the student is appearing for his exam.
12 Proper internet connectivity is required during the exam .In case of any
problem, the matter should be reported on the helpline numbers-

13 Attendance of a student is compulsory in all Exams. Please note that the
exam will NOT be conducted again In any case .
14 Motivate students to show honesty and sincerity towards Exams. Our
moral values will help to Make him a noble person in life.
