It has come to the attention of this Office that test

Henceforth, in order to be consistent with our policy, it

is hereby directed that only test reports issued by the
Regional/District laboratories of the Department and other
testing laboratoFies accredited by the DPWH shall be allowed to
be lJsed if) ·the acc:eptar')ce or" Jr·ejection of constrlJction n)atEF·j.als~

However, in instances wherein the DPWH does not hElve tl'''!f':
