SUBJECT: Amendment to Department

Order No. 169, Series of
1991 re: Creation of the
Quality Assurance Unit-
Regional Office (QAU-RO)

In order to strengthen further the Quality Assurance Program

of the Department thru effective and efficient assessment of on-
going and completed projects by the Quality Assurance Units of
the Regional Office, the composition of the Technical Committee
of the QAU-RO which is previously headed by the Assistant
Regional Director for Technical Services is hereby modified and
shall be composed of concerned Assistant Regional Directors per
their areas of assignment, as Chairman, and the three (3)
Division Chiefs of the Regional office to remain as members.

Except for the above amendment, the other provisions of the

said Department Order No. 169, Series of 1991 shall remain in
f OF·ce.
