1. What is standard unit measure?


- Standard units of measurement are units that are typically used
within each measurement system, such as inches, Feet, ounces,
pounds, kilogram, or cups.
2. What are the example of standard unit? Site at least 3 examples of
situation using the standard unit.
- Example of standard units are inches, feet, pounds and more.
- 1st Carla is measuring how tall the pencil that she uses using ruler.
- 2nd Matthew is high jump athlete and he practice jumping and he
measuring how many feet he can able to jump.
- 3rd Sarah is on diet and every end of the week she checks how many
kilograms she had lost.
3. What is the nonstandard unit of measure?
- The nonstandard unit measure are those units of measurement that
aren’t typically used, such as pencil, an arm, a toothpick, or shoe. We
can use just about anything as a nonstandard unit of measurement.
4. Site at least 3 examples of situation using the nonstandard unit.
- 1st jane is love swimming and at the shore she saw a long stick and
stab it into the water to see how deep it is.
- 2nd Carla is in the dining table and she is counting her steps going the
comfort room
- 3rd john is measuring how long his motorbike using his arms.

5. As a constructivist teacher, how are you going to teach this lesson to


your pupils who hate math? Elaborate your strategy

- As a future teacher I am going to teach my learners in a way of


challenging and enjoyable so that they were able to love the subjects
that we are dealing with them. And I am using the strategy of giving
them time to play and after that focusing of the subject matter that I
am going to teach with them.
