COMMENCEMENT AND THE DETAILS REGARDING OFFLINE CLASSES
Dear Parents,
It is mandatory for all students to attend the offline classes. However, if a student is medically unfit to attend
offline classes, kindly let us have a medical certificate so that alternative arrangements can be done.
Certificate may be handed over to the class teacher with a letter addressed to Principal. In such cases
alternative supplementary arrangement will be done.
Kindly note that there is no hybrid classes conducted but only the supplementary to the regular offline
classes conducted at school. Details will be shared with those parents after getting the details from them.

As per the message dated 10th February 2022, Offline classes for the Grade VI to VIII will commence
from Monday, the 21st February 2022 and for the Grade III to V will commence from Wednesday,
the 2nd March 2022.
Kindly note the following important points:
1. Parents are requested to ensure that their ward attends the classes regularly.
2. Detailed Timetable and plan of action for regular classes will be shared in due course of time.
3. Students of Classes VI to VIII to report to school by 8:10 am and the Students of Classes III to V (
Parent Drop / Self Commuting ) to report to school by 8:30 am
4. School uniform is mandatory.
Classes III & IV
Days Boys Girls
Monday to Grey Shorts with White Shirt, School belt Grey pinafore with White shirt, school belt and
Friday and tie, Black shoes and Grey Socks with tie. Black hairband/Ribbon. Black shoes and
stripes as prescribed by the School Grey school socks with stripes as prescribed by
the school. Bloomers are Compulsory.
Class IV students are allowed to wear the new uniform as prescribed for Class V.
Classes V to VIII:
Days Boys Girls
Monday to Grey Trousers with White Shirt, School belt and Grey trousers with White shirt, school belt
Friday tie, Black shoes and Grey Socks with stripes as and tie. Black hairband/Ribbon. Black
prescribed by the School shoes and Grey school socks with stripes as
prescribed by the school. Vests are
Compulsory.
5. Strictly adhere to the instructions given for maintaining a safe and secure environment; wear mask and
carry sanitizer.
6. Sufficient food for short break and lunch break to be sent with drinking water.
7. School Transportation facility can be availed on payment of Rs 10 thousand flat rate on advance payment
by DD /Cheque payable to BGS National Public School by 17th February 2022 for grade VI to VIII and by
25th February 2022 for grade III to V. On payment of Transportation fee, collect the bus pass from the
school office.
8. Do not send your ward to school if symptoms of fever, cold, cough is observed.

10. Kindly follow the below timings for Parent Pick up children. As a COVID Protocol parents are
requested to maintain patience when picking the children and kindly cooperate with the school management.

11. Those availing Private Van facility to submit a letter to the Class teachers, having details of driver.
12. Self – Commuting students to submit the letter to the Class teachers acknowledged by the
Parents.
