ESSAY WRITING. Answer the following questions truthfully.

1. Tell a personal experience in which you think you showed compassion for
yourself.

 I always in the darkness and no one knows my suffering. I know it’s

hard, but I’m so proud of myself because I’m strong, smart and brave
enough to face every situation in my life. Lastly, I wish for myself to
have some peace of mind.

2. Do you always feel compassionate for others? In what ways

 Yes, to make them feel motivate and help them to uplift their spirit..
always accept them from who they are and no matter how small, big
or irrelevant, I always appreciate efforts.

3. Share one instance which you think you failed to show compassion to your
brethren. What did you do? What do you plan to do to correct that mistake?

 Back then when I was in grade 12. I wanted to disappear and I can’t feel
anything and I lost my compassion. I don’t know what happened to me that
time I wear a mask every time someone’s around me. I feel like quitting that
time but I told to myself to keep fighting and don’t give up and love
yourself. Smile everyday and feel confident despite being nobody. It’s okay
if you feel fragile sometimes because it’s not a shame it means you are
humans with emotions and fellings.
