HYBRID MASTER’S PROGRAM AT THE GRADUATE

FOR INSTRUCTIONAL MODULE

Statement of the Problem

This study will assess the hybrid master’s program at the Graduate School,

Republican College, as basis for instructional module.

This study will seek answers to the following problem:

1. What is the demographic-profile of faculty members at the Graduate

School, Republican College in terms of:

1.1. education;

1.2. years in service; and Frequency and Percentage Distribution

1.3. eligibility?

2. What is the extent of effectiveness of the hybrid master’s program at the

Graduate School, Republican College in terms of:

2.1. teaching-learning; Weighted Mean

2.2. assessment tools?

3. What are the problems met in the hybrid master’s program at the

Graduate School, Republican College in terms of:

3.1. school facilities; and Weighted Mean

3.2. school equipment?

4. Is there a significant difference in the assessments of the two groups of

respondents on the extent of effectiveness of the hybrid master’s program at the

Graduate School, Republican College?


5. Is there a significant difference in the assessments of the two groups of

respondents on the problems met in the hybrid master’s program at the Graduate

School, Republican College?

6. What instructional module can be formulated as an outcome of the study?

Hypotheses

The researcher will test the following hypotheses:

1. There is no significant difference in the assessments of the two groups of

respondents on the extent of effectiveness of the hybrid master’s program at the

Graduate School, Republican College. t-test 2 groups of respondents

2. There is no significant difference in the assessments of the two groups of

respondents on the problems met in the hybrid master’s program at the Graduate

School, Republican College. f-ratio test 3 groups of respondents
