CALCULATIONS
1. Magnification =image size / actual size.
2. Actual size = image size / magnification.
3. Image size = actual size x magnification.
EXAMPLE CALCULATION :

Step 1. Magnification = 5000

Step 2. Count the size of the bacteria (mm) -10mm.
Step 3. Do the calculation = 10:5000
Step 4: 10 5000 0.002mm
Step 5: Convert mm into ym using the table 0.001mmlum so 0.002mm must be 2 ym.

ANSWER = Size of bacteria is 2 ym |
