Research Paradigm

A research paradigm serves as a model and guide which describes and illustrates how the variables
are treated in the study and it is a figure that represents the interplay of the variables like the IPO
model and a conceptual framework play an important role in a paper because it is a written or a visual
representation of the relationship between the variables.

Usually if the research design or the project ay nangangailangan ng process or intervention, ang
ginagamit ay IPO model.

What is an IPO model of a research paradigm?

The Input Process Output (IPO) Model is a functional graph that identifies the inputs, outputs, and
required processing tasks that’s needed to transform inputs into outputs. It summarizes the factors at
mga processes na ginawa or gagawin natin in our research study.

Is a research paradigm and a conceptual framework the same?

The conceptual framework describes the relationship between specific variables identified in the
study. It also outlines the input, process and output of the whole investigation. The conceptual
framework is also called the research paradigm.

For example, this table uses the IPO Model. This model is largely used when the researcher attempt to
isolate the factor or the major variable that causes the problem, the subject or the phenomenon under
investigation.

The IPO Model is a functional graph that identifies the input, output and processing tasks required to
transform input into outputs. When we say input – it represents raw materials, your objective, and the
general plan of your research, kumbaga sila yung mga pag e-experimentohan niyo or imamanipulate
natin sa ating research study

The process talks about the steps or what you are going to do to that raw material, Ito yung mga
procedures or steps na gagawin natin para maisagawa natin yung study at kung paano tayo
mangungulekta ng mga datos at paano natin ito iiinterpret.

Lastly the output are what comes out of the process and your going to write here what would be the
expected outcome that you would like to be seen in your paper or what could be the expected answer
in your inserted input.
