= Report to the ECOFIN Council

1. The Code of Conduct Group (Business Taxation), at its meeting of 29 June 2009, agreed the
report to the ECOFIN Council as contained in the document 10200/1/09 REV 1 FISC 69.

2. Therefore, the COREPER is invited to suggest that the Council, as an "A" item on its agenda,
takes note of that report and invites the Group to report back to the Council by the end of the
Swedish Presidency.
