INTRODUCTION
A manual is a piece of writing that includes the most important aspects of a subject or
product. This is a detailed guide that helps you understand how something works. A user is,

1. Software Security

This software fulfills the security functions, since it allows entry by username and
password, which will only be possessed by employees authorized by the system
administrator, and at the time of entry, a series of filters will be executed that will
allow full identification of the user. It must be entered from a reliable computer
equipment that has protection systems.

2. Software requirements

Para operation must meet the hardware and software requirements as:

3. Entering the System


As it is an application of a local nature, it must be entered as follows:
a) Enter the task bar at home.

6. User Administration

The administrator will grant permissions only and exclusively at the operator level,
that is, they will not be able to delete or modify existing information, roles,

8. System Menu

Upon entering the system, you will find a navigation menu in which you can choose
the operation you want to perform according to the need, proceeding to register the
visitor staff.

It contains the following boxes:

Name: letters are entered here, always taking care not to enter numbers, periods, or
spaces as it will mark an error.

Surname: letters are entered in this, always taking care not to enter numbers,
periods, or spaces since it will mark an error.

Document type: There will only be space for the acronym CC, passport, Alien
Identification Card.

Document number: Only numbers will be entered in this field, no periods or


commas can be entered.

Tower / Apartment: In this space you will enter the number of the tower and the
apartment to which you want to enter, the configuration will allow alphanumeric data
to be entered.

Telephone: The mobile telephone number of the visiting personnel to the residential
complex will be registered here.

Company: This field will not be mandatory, since it only applies to technicians from
the different companies that visit the complex for maintenance or service installation
issues.

ARL: in this field, the occupational risk manager with the technical staff who visit the
complex for work issues is served.

EPS: here the name of the health company to which the technical staff is affiliated is
registered, it allows entering alphanumeric characters.

Domiciliary: The option of YES or NO will be entered, in the case of domiciliary


personnel who enter.

Contractor: The option of YES or NO will be entered, in the case of contractor


personnel who enter.

Visitor: The option of YES or NO will be entered, in the case of personnel of


passers-by who enter.

Authorized: In this field it will be allowed to make a kind of visa once contact is made
with the resident or the administration and they authorize the entry.

Photo: In this field, you will make a photographic record of each person who enters
the group.

Vehicle: In this field you will enter the type of vehicle, be it motorcycle, car, etc.

License plate: the vehicle license plate will be registered.

Parking: The parking number assigned to you is recorded according to availability.

New: This button option will be taken when the staff first visit the set.

Register: this is the last step to indicate that everything was completed and the form
with the entered data will be saved immediately.

9. Registration Visitors

The software will instruct the user through a window or a message that the data has been
successfully saved or missing fill some field.

10. Database (BD)

The information will be registered in the database assigned either Excel or SQL; this
section can only be entered by authorized users, in order to avoid losing information
or manipulating existing data.

11. Technical Support

The user will have the option of contacting technical support systems through a chat
to answer questions and concerns or ask help if the software remotely presents a
problem.

11.1 In the lower left corner select support this will take you to the technical
support window where you can contact the User Service team.

11.2 The Technical Support team will contact the user through a chat or by phone to
resolve the problem, concern or doubt presented during the entry of any information
to the software.
