    Special Power of Attorney in favor to Mr. Akmad John Abo Ansang to facilitate with the just
    compensation to your Honorable Office.

    Further, my client appoints her new Attorney-in-Fact who is Ms. Sheryl Cruz Suelto
    for the same purpose.

    Attached hereto marked as Annex “A” is the Deed of Revocation of Special Power of
    Attorney with Appointment of New Attorney-in-fact.
