Undersigned, provincial prosecutor of Tarlac prosecutor office, under oath

accuses ALIX, XANDER FORD and Allan David GO for the crime of rape by under article
266 of the Philippine revised and penal code as amended R.A 8353 Committed as follows

That on or about 08 AUGUST, 2022, at around 09:00 In the evening, in Barangay

Banaba municipality of BAMBAN, province of TARLAC and within the jurisdiction of this
honorable court, aiding one another, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and felo
niously, with intent to rape with treachery, and use of excessive force, rape Anna Marie
David.
