This is to notify that your Sealed Quotation dated May 29,2020 for execution of the Supply & Delivery
of HDPE Pipe NS-40 PEl00 Contract ID: SQ/WSIEDOS/07/GOODS/076/077 for the Contract price of
Nepalese Rupees Rs 17,55.884.4 (Rupees Seveteen Lakh Fifty Five Thousancl Eight Hundred
Eighty Four and paisa Four only) including VAT, as corrected in accordance with the Instructions to
Bidders is hereby accepted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.

You are hereby instructed to contact this office to sign the formal contract agreement within 7 days
with Performance Security of amount Rs 88,000.00 and the validity period should be up to 30th
September,2020 consisting of a Bank Guarantee in the format included in Section IX (Contract Forms)
of this Bidding Document.

The Employer shall forfeit the bid security, in case you fail to furnish the Performance Security and to
sign the contract within specified period.
