动作一: Action 01
抓斗打开状态下放在物料上
The opening grab will be
lowered down to the bulk
material

动作二: Action 02
下放吊机吊钩, 抓斗中承梁下落。
上提钢丝绳,自锁油缸锁住后,移动承梁带动下
承梁上提,抓斗闭合。
The balance beam hoisted by the crane.
Since the hydraulic locker of the cylinder,
the mobile traverse will be lifted with lower
traverse. Then the scoop will be closed.
4.0 无线电遥控抓斗工作原理
动作四: Action 04
抓斗到达指定位置,通过操作遥控器,自
锁油缸解锁后。下承梁通过自重下落,抓
斗打开;
As the grabs to the opening position,
unlock the hydraulic locker by
remote controller. Lower traverse
descend and grab will be open.
4.0 无线电遥控抓斗工作原理
动作四: Action 04
如果在抓斗打开过程中,停止操作遥控器,
液压油缸又进行自锁;抓斗就不再打开; STOP
During the grab’s opening
procedure, the grab could be
stopped to open by remote
controller.

再次操作遥控器,自锁油缸解锁后。
抓斗继续打开;
Again press the remote controller,
the hydraulic locker unlocked and
the grab will continue to open.
