This recipe is as delicious as it is nutritious hence it’s just like Aladdin’s genie helping you out to
kick out anxiety and depression with smacking flavors. The tryptophan found in spinach helps
increase our levels of serotonin, so we can turn that frown upside down. Spinach is also high in
folate, another nutrient that helps increase levels of serotonin in the brain. Cabbage has folic acid,
vitamin C, and some B vitamins that may help ease anxiety. Carrots also contain a high amount of
the calming nutrient magnesium which is much needed by the nervous system. Lack of magnesium
is said to be behind many emotional woes -- depression, confusion, panic attacks, cramps,
muscular tension, premenstrual syndrome to name Eggs include amino acids, Omega-3, Vitamin D,
and fatty acids. Walnut and almond have vitamin E, DHA which is a type of omega 3 fatty acid
and reduces depression. A quarter-cup of seeds contains almost half the daily recommended dose
for magnesium, an essential mineral to protect you from depression and anxiety. Seeds also
contain zinc, plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, and tryptophan, which helps promotes sleep. Also
enhance sleep hence lifting up your mood. Sesame oil contains Tyrosine, an amino acid that allays
anxiety and depression, boosting the mood naturally by flooding it with the right enzymes and
hormones. It is the ultimate anti-depressant, without harmful side effects.

 Cabbage 100g  Wash all the vegetables and chop them.
 Carrot  Mix chopped carrots, cabbage and spinach in a bowl.
 Boiled whole egg 1  Add 1 whole boiled egg.
 1 cheese cube  Add the nuts and seeds.
 Bread crumbs  Add lemon, sesame oil, salt and pepper.

 Roasted Flax seed
 Roasted Sesame seed  Sauté chopped cabbage and spinach in some sesame oil.
 Roasted Sun flower  Add salt and pepper.

 Roasted Chia seed  Mix well.
 Salt  Use ice cream scoop to make balls of the mixture.
 pepper  Preheat the oxyfryer at 160 degree Celsius for 5 minutes.

your mind and amaze your eyes.
