SUBJECT : After Activity Report on Simulation Exercises (SIMEX) on the

Voting process in preparation with the National and Local
Elections 2022

DATE : April 12, 2022

1. Reference: National and Local Elections 2022.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that at about

9:00 AM of April 12, 2022, this office initiated a Simulation Exercises (SIMEX) on the
Voting process in preparation with the National and Local Elections supervised by the
undersigned together with ATTY. KRISNA SAMANTHA T. CABALLERO, Provincial
Election Supervisor and with the support of MR. ALI-ACBAR L SANGCOPAN, Election
Officer III of City of Mati, with the active participation of teachers from Don Luis Rabat,
Sr, Memorial Elementary School headed by MISS AILEEN P. VILLARENTE, Principal I,
personnel from Public Information Officer of Provincial Governor’s Office, representative
from the City Health Office, CDRRMO, BFP, AFP, and other friendly agencies that
served as partners in making sure that the upcoming elections will be peaceful and
safe, held at Don Luis Rabat, Sr Memorial Elementary School Building, Purok San
Francisco, Brgy. Dahican, City of Mati, Davao Oriental.

3. The said activity was conducted purposely to inform the public the proper
scheme of Voting Process in connection with the National and Local Elections 2022 in
the new normal situation in different Voting Centers within the province. Activity ended
at about 5:00 PM of same date with successful result. ( see attached pictures)
