Dear Mayor:

I am SHIELANIE PALMA GIL BENANING, a resident of Barangay Lamiawan, Caraga, Davao

Oriental. I have completed a degree of Bachelor of Science in Education major in Biological Science
at Mati Doctors College, City of Mati, Davao Oriental. I also finished Health Care Services National
Certificate II (Health Care Services NC II from Technological Education and Skills Development
Authority (NC II). And fortunately, recently passing the Professional Licensure Examination (LET)
conducted last September 26, 2021. Moreover, I have, also an experience in handling different people
with different personalities during my internship.

It is my goal to combine my earned education, short skill and experiences with my ability to be a
compassionate, enthusiastic individual who will make a positive contribution to educational
institution.

In lieu with this, I wish to re-apply as Para teacher at Lamiawan Integrated School (LIS). Since the
said school is in-need of more teachers to cater the currently opened grades 7-9.
