This is to certify:
1. That the above mentioned unit has been duly surveyed in accordance with the applicable provisions
of the Code for the Construction and Equipment of Mobile Offshore Drilling Units as an existing
and non self-propelled unit.

2. That the survey showed that the structure, equipment, fittings, radio station arrangements and
materials of the unit and the conditions thereof are in all respects satisfactory and that the unit
complies with the relevant provisions of the Code, except as specified on the list of accepted non-
conformances.

3. That the life-saving appliances provide for a total number of 130 persons and no more as follows:
2 x 130 man lifeboats, accommodating 260 persons
7 x 25 man liferafts, 1 no x 6 man liferaft, 1 nos x 8 man liferafts (FWD)
Lifejackets :19nos8 (stbd muster station)+ 130nos(port muster station) + 2nos (CCR) +
2nos (F-Deck) + 12nos (Work boat portside accommodation)+ 12 nos (6port and 6stbd)
fwd= Total = 356 nos

4. That, in accordance with section 1.4 of the Code, the provisions of the Code are modified in respect
of the unit, in the following manner:
