SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of  Tropical Storm "INDAY" {MUIFA}  was estimated
based on all available data  at 1,055 km East of  Northern  Luzon (17.2°N, 131.7°E)  with
maximum sustained winds of  75 km/h  near the center and gustiness of  up to 90 km/h.  It is
moving Westward at 20 km/h.
