GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I hereby agree and confirm:

1. That I am applying for a finance facility from Bajaj Finance Ltd ("BFL") as stated in this Application Form.
2. That all the particulars, information and details provided in this Application Form and the documents submitted by me are
true, correct, complete and up-to-date in all respects and that I have not withheld any material information. I would keep BFL
updated of any change in the information provided by me, specifically KYC details, Bank details, etc.
3. To submit and execute any/all documents, in such form and manner as may be required by BFL in relation to this
Application Form and/or related products.
4. Authentication/Acceptance: The mode of authentication/acceptance may be done by me through any one of the following
modes, namely:
(a) Physical execution: The documentation will be signed by me in person and the same shall be relied and acted as my
explicit written instruction by BFL.
(b) Electronic authentication: By checking the 'I Accept' button at the end of the Application Form and by submitting the
one-time password (“OTP”) sent by Bajaj Finance Ltd (“BFL”), or authentication/execution by any other electronic mode, I
confirm my acceptance on the Application Form, Most Important Terms and Conditions(“MITC) and Master Terms and
Conditions (Master Terms) in relation to the Loan through electronic means and the same shall be relied and acted upon by
BFL.
5. That, (i) I am at least 18 years of age, (ii) can understand, read and write in the English language, (iii) have read and
understood the Application Form, Most Important Terms and Conditions(“MITC”) and Master Terms and Conditions in
relation to the Loan and (iv) agree to be bound by the same
6. That no insolvency proceedings or suits for recovery of outstanding dues, monies or property (ies) and/or any criminal
proceedings have been initiated and/or are pending against me.
7. I have not received any request for or made any payment in cash, bearers cheques or of any other kind in connection with
this Application Form from/to any person.
8. BFL to use and/or share all information and details as provided by me in this Application Form with any third party
including but not limited to its group companies, financial institutions, credit bureaus, Credit Information Companies (‘CIC’),
RBL Bank, etc. for customer due diligence, credit rating, marketing or promotion of BFL products and services or related
products or that of its associates, third party and affiliates or for /enforcement of any obligations and shall not hold BFL (or
any of its group companies or its/ their agents/representatives) liable for the use/sharing of the information as stated above.
Further, for the purpose of this Application Form, I authorise BFL to seek/obtain any other information, relating to me, from
any third party.
9. I hereby consent to and authorize BFL to increase or decrease the credit limit assigned to me basis BFL's internal credit
policy and criteria at its sole discretion from time to time. I will not raise any objection or dispute with regard to the same at
any point of time.
10. Continue to keep in my safe custody all of my account / card related details, including the login id and password/PIN
issued by BFL and/or reset by me (“Credentials”), as confidential and not to share the same with any third party. Any use or
misuse of the Credentials including the transactions carried out using the Credentials shall be my sole responsibility.
11. By submitting this application, I hereby expressly authorise BFL, its group companies, affiliates and/or business
associates and their respective representatives to send me communications regarding loans, insurance and their respective
products and/or services (collectively “Other Products”) through telephone calls/SMSs/emails/post/bitly/bots or any other
electronic mode etc. including but not limited to promotional communications. I understand that I can at any time opt not to
receive any telecommunication.
12. That BFL has the absolute discretion, to accept or reject this Loan application, as it may be deemed fit by BFL at any
time, either before or after verification.
13. I hereby expressly consent for taking my photo/video evidencing the conduct of loan transaction by me and that such
photo/video is unconditionally agreed to be stored and preserved for a period of at least five (5) years or otherwise from the
date of closure of the loan and/or as the law/regulations may so mandate, whichever is higher.
14. BFL is not an issuer/provider of the products purchased/services availed by the Customer on the loan availed from BFL.
Accordingly, BFL shall not be responsible for the quality or any assurances and/or representations made in relation to such
products/services provided by third parties. BFL shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or no-delivery of product and/or
with respect to the quantity, quality, conditions, fitness, suitability or otherwise whatsoever of the product.
15. That this Application Form, its contents and information/details provided by me, from time to time, as part of this
application, may be submitted to:
(a). BFL, its subsidiaries and affiliates of BFL, any service provider/third party/ legal entity with whom BFL may have
business relationship and/or in reference to rendering services in connection with the product(s) availed by me.
(b). To any Regulator, Court, Law enforcement agency, Quasi-Judicial authority etc. on a need basis.
MOST IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“MITC”)

All capitalised terms used but not defined in these MITC shall have the respective meanings assigned to them under the
Master Terms and Conditions

I hereby agree, confirm and authorize:

1) That I have read and understood the Master Terms and Conditions applicable to Loans for Consumer Durable, Digital,
Lifestyle Products and EMI Cards (“Master Terms”) prescribed by BFL and available on Website
(http://www.bajajfinserv.in/finance/downloads/master-tnc.pdf) and hereby agree to be bound by the same at all times
including any additions/amendments thereto from time to time. I agree to keep myself updated of any revisions in the Terms
as may be communicated by BFL through any Acceptable Means of Communication (as defined in the Master Terms)

2) That I shall be liable to repay the following to BFL: a. The monthly instalments and outstanding principal amount of the
Loan on or before Due Date through EMI (“EMI”), as may be mentioned in the Loan Term Sheet/Charge Slip (“LTS/Charge
Slip”).

b. Fees, interest, charges and penalties as mentioned in the LTS/Charge Slip, in relation to the Loan, in the form, substance
and manner acceptable to BFL. (together referred to as “Outstanding Amount”);

3) That the statement of account issued by BFL and sent by email to me on my email address or mobile number, registered
with BFL, on monthly basis, regarding the balance amount due and payable as per the terms of the Loan Document shall be
conclusive proof of the correctness of the amount payable by me.

4) That the Loan availed, would be subject to payment of all fee/charges as mentioned in the LTS/Charge Slip.

5) That the EMI amount payable and/or the repayment schedule, may change due to changes in any charges, interest, fees,
statutory taxes, imposts, levies. Such changes once communicated to me, through Acceptable Means of Communications,
will only be effective prospectively and shall form part of my Outstanding Amount.

6) That the Loan amount provided to me shall be after deduction of the amounts payable for the cross-sell products availed
by me and the processing fee/ such other amount, as specifically detailed in Deductions section of the LTS/Charge Slip.

7) That I have submitted Cheque or NACH or Electronic Payment Instructions in favour of BFL for payment of my Monthly
Instalments, re-payment of all the Outstanding Amounts and repayment any other loan that have been/may be availed by
me. I shall forthwith issue fresh Cheque or NACH or Electronic Payment Instructions to BFL, if there is any revision in the
repayment schedule/ EMI by BFL.

8) That in case of occurrence of default by reason of dishonour of Cheque or NACH or Electronic Payment Instructions
provided by me, I shall be liable to pay to BFL the bounce charges (“Bounce Charges”) as mentioned under LTS/Charge
Slip, per each dishonour event occurrence.

9) In the event of any default in repayment of the Outstanding Amount, I shall be liable to pay penal interest (“Penal Interest”)
at the rate/or amount as specified in the LTS/Charge Slip, from the date of default till the date of realization by BFL without
prejudice to any other rights of BFL under the terms stated in Loan Documents.

10) Notwithstanding anything stated elsewhere in the Loan Documents, the Outstanding Amount shall be payable to BFL on
demand. BFL may at any time in its sole and absolute discretion and without assigning any reason call upon to re-pay the
Outstanding Amount and thereupon I shall, within 7 days of being so called upon, pay the whole of the Outstanding Amount
to BFL without any delay or demur.

11) I agree and acknowledge that, BFL may at its sole discretion accept part/full prepayment of the Loan, subject to payment
of at least one EMI by the Borrower under the Loan. The part/full prepayment of the Loan shall be subject to receipt of the
applicable pre-payment/foreclosure charges as specified under LTS/Charge Slip.
12) That breach of any terms set out in the Loan Documents, shall constitute an event of default and upon occurrence of
such event of default, the Outstanding Amount shall forthwith become due and payable to BFL without the requirement of
any further notice by BFL.

13) That I expressly recognize and accept that BFL shall, without prejudice to its rights to perform such activities itself or
through its officers/ employees, be entitled and has full power and authority to appoint one or more third parties as BFL may
select and to delegate to such third party/agent all or any of its functions rights and powers, relating to the authority to collect
and receive on behalf of BFL all dues, unpaid instalments, any other amount due and to perform and execute all lawful acts,
deeds, matters and things connected therewith and incidental thereto. I further agree and accept that such authorised third
party/agent and their personnel are permitted to visit my home/office or the place where I may be located, for collection of
loan dues if any and I hereby waive my right to raise any protest/objection against such visit.

14) I agree that any notice to be given to me in respect of this Loan shall be deemed to have been validly given if served on
me or sent by registered post to my address or sent by way of an email on my registered email address of the as per BFL’s
records or through any other Acceptable Means of Communication.

15) That BFL shall at any time, be entitled to, sell, assign, discount or transfer all/ any part of BFL’s right and obligations
under the Loan Documents, to any person(s) and in such manner and on such terms as BFL may decide. I shall not be
entitled to directly or indirectly assign or in any manner transfer, whether in whole or part, any rights, the benefit or obligation
under the Loan Documents

16) That, there are no other oral representations/assurances provided to me and any such claims will NOT bind BFL in any
manner whatsoever .
