I. BEFORE INSTALLING PAYMAYA PLUG-IN 3
Once you have been onboarded as a Merchant, you will be provided access to PayMaya Manager. If you have
no PayMaya Merchant credentials yet, you may register at http://enterprise.paymaya.com/
1. From within Shopify dashboard, select Settings > Payment Providers > Third-Party Providers
2. Search “PayMaya”
1. From within PayMaya Manager, generate your API Key & Shopify Token
2. Under Account Information, input your API Keys and Shopify Token generated on Step 1
1. On the Shopify Checkout, the PayMaya Checkout will appear as one of the payment methods
available.
2. Once the customer selects the PayMaya option and click on Place order. Customer will then be
redirected to the PayMaya page. Enter the necessary details and click Pay.
3. Once payment is successful the customer will be redirected back to the Shopify confirmation
page.
B. ADVANCED FEATURE – REFUNDS
For Merchants with Refund access, these may be made from within the Shopify dashboard.
1. Upon order cancellation on the Shopify Dashboard, merchants may now opt to refund the payment
automatically, eliminating the need to go to PayMaya Manager to manage the Refund.
2. Merchants may now also use the REFUND option from within the Shopify Dashboard to initiate a
Refund directly.
C. ADVANCED FEATURE – USING KOUNT FRAUD TOOL
For merchants who subscribe to Kount Fraud Tool, the following settings must be followed.
For merchants who wish to use the Pre-Authorization & Delayed Capture feature, it is available from within
the Shopify Dashboard
1. Customer order experience is identical to that of Automatic Capture
2. Partial & Full captures may be made from the Shopify Order Dashboard upon order fulfillment. T
